•Variance Report: Statement of Variances of actual & estimated (standard) consumption of materials on basis of production.
•Length of Seating: Management analysis report of available seating capacity, occupancy and contribution per Seat / Table.
•Menu Engineering: To shows the sale value, cost, contribution, profit & classification.
•Food Costing: Based on either Total Sales or on Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
•Work Order Analysis: Show Work Order analysis report.
•Performance Analysis: This is a Location Wise Business Perfomance Alalysis Report.
