Columns in Occupancy History are explained in Reservation Summary. Columns specific to the report are discussed here:
Guests

Shows total number of guests which includes Adults and Children for a day or date range.

Reservations
|
Shows total number of Reservation for the day. Arrival / Check-in only.

Today Reservations
|
Shows total number of reservations made include Arrival + No Show + Cancel.

Arrival
|
Shows total number rooms for which Check-in has been transacted for a day or date range.
|
Walk-ins
|
Shows number of rooms booked and checked-in on the same day.

Walk-ins %
|
Shows Walk-ins % in a day or date range. Calculating formula = Walkins * 100 / Total Arrival for the day
|
Over Stay
|
Shows number of rooms for which Extend Stay has been transacted in a day or given date range.
|
Over Stay %
|
Shows Over Stay % in a day or date range. Calculating formula = Over Stay * 100 / Total no. of check-outs for the day

Under Stay
|
Shows number of rooms for which Early Check-out has been transacted for a day or given date range.

Under Stay %
|
Shows Under Stay % in a day or date range. Calculating formula = Under Stay * 100 / Total no. of check-outs for the day

No Show
|
Shows number of rooms for which No Show has been transacted in a day or given date range.

Shows number of rooms for which Cancel Booking has been transacted in a day or given date range.
