It shows every types of Rates of all room types as per occupancy based on as on date.
Columns in the Tariff Chart are as follows:
Rate Type

Show rate type like Rack Rate, Season Rate, Package Rate etc

Room Type
|
Show room type like Deluxe, Luxury, Single, Double etc.

Standard
|
Show standard occupancy of the room type.
|
Max
|
Show maximum occupancy of the room type.
|
Max Extra Bed
|
Show maximum extra beds can be served for the room type.
|
Single
|
Show room rate for one person. It is variable based on high and low week days, where rate changes automatically on high and low week days.
|
Double
|
Show room rate for two people. It is variable based on high and low week days. It is variable based on high and low week days, where rate changes automatically on high and low week days.
Every person after standard occupancy will be charged extra rate.
Example: Base Room Rate = Rs.20000/-, Rate Per Extra Person = Rs.5000/-, Standard Occupancy = 2, Maximum Occupancy = 4. Then for stay of 2 persons will be charged Rs.20000/-, for stay of3 persons will be charged Rs. (20000+5000) = 25000/-, for stay of 4 persons will be charged Rs.20000+ (2*5000) = 30000/-.

|
Show room rate for three people. It is variable based on high and low week days, where rate changes automatically on high and low week days. Every person after standard occupancy will be charged extra.

Show room rate for four people. It is variable based on high and low week days, where rate changes automatically on high and low week days. Every person after standard occupancy will be charged extra.
You can get more columns from column chooser like Five, Six etc to see room rate for five and six number of persons.

HW Base Rate

Show Base Room Rate in High Week Days.

LW Base Rate

Show Base Room Rate in Low Week Days.

HW Rate Extra Bed
