The Spa Activity defined in the Service Block can be performed only by the service staffs having the same Skill.
It will assist appointment making by automatically finding capable employee(s) for the relevant service(s) chosen.
•From main menu go to the Skill Master (M > P > K)
•Type the name of the Skill like Hair Cutting Technician, Hair Color Specialist etc.
•Press ALT + S to save.
