Cash Flow statement is concerned with the flow of cash in and out of the business. The statement captures the current operating results.
As an analytical tool, the statement of cash flows is useful in determining the short-term viability of a company, particularly its ability to pay bills.
Columns in the Cash Flow are as follows:

Shows Year.

Period
|
Shows Period like 2013-14, 1st Half Year, 2nd Half Year etc.

Quarter
|
Shows Quarter like 1 Quarter, 2 Quarter, 3 Quarter, 4 Quarter etc.

Month
|
Shows Month.

Month Half
|
Shows half month like 1st Half Month and 2nd Half Month.

Date
|
Shows date.
|
Inflow
|
Summary of total receipt for the period (exclude opening) of all ledgers falling under cash & bank account groups.

Outflow
|
Summary of total payments for the period (exclude opening) of all ledgers falling under cash & bank account groups.
|
NetFlow
|
Net Flow = Inflow - Outflow

Set the following Periodicity:
•Bi Month: To see reports separately for 1st Half Month and 2nd Half Month. Transactions fall between dates 1st to 15th of any month will show under 1st Half Month and between dates 16th to Last Day of any month will show under 2nd Half Month. •Daily: Will show date wise report. •Half Yearly: Will show half yearly report for 1st Half Year and 2nd Half Year. •Monthly: Will show month wise report •Quarterly: Will show Quarterly Report for 1st Quarter, 2nd Quarter, 3rd Quarter and 4 Quarter. •Yearly: Will show Yearly Report. |

As we press any month it will zoom into detailed report.
Here it will show the ledger balances affected by the cash & bank transaction only.
No other accounting voucher entries will be considered like Sale, Purchase, Journal, Debit note, Credit Note in this report.
From here we can drill down to ledger report but it will show only receipt & payment entries (exclude opening) of all ledgers falling under cash & bank account groups.
