They were completely following the manual system for their store. It was a very big challenge for them to generate MIS, which is Management Information System, analysis including Point of Sale, transactions. So they never have been able to know the customer preferences and buying pattern and deliver wow experience to the customers. Challenges of Magnet


Prior to the installation of FusionRetail they were using branded software. They have tried and tested it for 6 months. Different type of footwear related reports (like article wise, size wise, color wise and price wise) were not available with this software. Especially MIS was not available with this existing software. There was a hierarchy problem also. Support was not up to their satisfaction. Moreover, maintenance of inventory and accounts were in two different software applications. Since they have invested a big amount in software, they wanted to implement only FusionRetail CRM to manage loyalty programs.
