Issue

1. Stock exists in the System but not able to Sale the same.

Solution

1. Please check whether you are using FusionRetail’s Transfer Module to transfer data between Warehouses. If your answer is “Yes” make sure that the Warehouse attached to a User in User Master is the same Warehouse where the stock exists.
2. Another possible reason could be, you might be using FIFO method of selling or you might follow Negative billing. In any of the two cases, system does not have control over quantities. Now when you switch back to actual mode i.e. proper barcode billing and no negative sale, system calculates and check for the stock at POS / POS Return.
