Issue
- Program not Running.
- Clicking on FusionRetail icon on the desktop. It is not responding.
Solution
- Check MSSQL Service Manager is Running or Not [Locate it on Taskbar near clock].
- If you’re running a network or lan version of FusionRetail, check Network is running or Not.
- Database Server where the Data is located is Password Protected.
- In case last time Barcode Printing was incomplete due to Load Shedding, Paper out etc then Barcode may not print and/or program may hang then see the ServerPath Name in POS.ini File located at the place from where the FRetail.EXE has been executed. For Example: C:\FusionRetail\Pos.ini or go through Start -> Programs -> Fusion Retail -> Configuration (POS.ini) to know the Server Path. Here you will find the folders by the name of Users. Delete all the files from that user’s folder and re-run FRetail.exe.
- Check whether another instance of same program is Running or Not. You can do this by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Del key. Task Manager will appear. Under Application tab look for FRetail.exe, if you find any End Task the same and try re-running the Program.
