Scenario: In the Touch POS order screen, operators get confused whether he has given discount or not, whether he has given discount on all items on single item.

Answer:

Please follow the steps to accomplish the task.

1. Go to Main Menu > Sale Management > Transaction > Sale Invoice (Touch POS) (S > T > T)
2. Select a product.
3. Press U
4. Click on Single.
5. Give 10% discount.
6. Follow step2 to step5 for other products with different percentages.
7. Press F11.
8. The window shows all the products with different discount percentages and amounts.
