Scenario: If we select “Offline”option as NO link for “Method of Communication”, then Zip file is created in export folder. To avoid this problem we are introducing “NONE” option for “Method of Communication”. We have also introduced “Back Export” button (keyboard shortcut “Alt + X”) in Multi Location Status to carry zip data folder from export folder to outbox folder.
In order to implement this feature, follow the steps as mentioned below:
Steps 1: Setting “Method of Communication = NONE”
- Go to Main Menu > Settings > Application Settings > Global Option (T>A>G).
- Go to “Method of Communication” field.
- Press ‘Alt + L’& select “None “from the list.
Step 2: Taking the Zipped Data Folder from the Export folder to the Outbox folder
- Go to Main Menu > Settings > System Report > ML Status (T>S>S).
- Press 'Alt + X' from the keyboard.
